Refund & Digital Delivery Policy
This policy applies to purchases of Liquid Fuel — Bharatiya Paramparik Pey Sangrah, a personal-use digital ebook sold through liquidfuel.in.
1. Digital product
Liquid Fuel is a downloadable PDF ebook. No printed book or physical item is supplied, and no courier or physical shipping service is involved.
2. Delivery
After successful payment verification, the secure ebook download link is sent to the email address entered during checkout. Delivery is normally completed within five minutes. Customers should also check their Spam, Promotions or Updates folders.
3. Secure access
The download link is private, time-limited and intended only for the purchaser. The ebook is licensed for personal reading. Forwarding the link, resale, redistribution or public uploading is prohibited.
4. Returns and cancellations
Because access to the digital ebook is provided immediately after successful payment, orders cannot be returned or cancelled after delivery. Please review the product description and device requirements before purchasing.
5. Refund exceptions
A refund or corrective delivery may be considered for a verified duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a genuine technical access problem that Liquid Fuel cannot resolve. Requests must be made within seven days of payment and are assessed after payment and delivery records are verified.
6. How to request support
Email liquidfuelofficial@gmail.com with the checkout email address, Razorpay Payment ID and a short description or screenshot of the issue. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
7. Resolution
For a verified delivery issue, Liquid Fuel may issue a fresh secure download link or provide another reasonable technical resolution. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method and may take the payment provider or bank additional time to reflect.
